Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is proud to announce a new charity partnership with Walking With The Wounded, a leading UK veterans’ charity that supports those who have served through mental health services, employment support, and wraparound care coordination programmes.

This marks the first formal charity partnership for Morgan Sindall Infrastructure and reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the communities in which we work, while also helping to drive sustainable business growth.

We chose to partner with Walking With The Wounded because of its focus on matters that are important to many of our colleagues and stakeholders. It also aligns well with our strategic client base.

Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen our internal support networks, enhance employee wellbeing and continue attracting ex-military talent into our business. It also enables us to demonstrate our continued support for the Armed Forces community, which is a key priority for many of our clients.

Simon Smith, managing director at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, says: “Walking With The Wounded does vital work in supporting veterans and their families, and we are proud to partner with an organisation that shares our commitment to wellbeing, inclusion and opportunity.

“This partnership is an important milestone for Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, reinforcing our support for the Armed Forces community while creating meaningful ways for our colleagues to get involved and help us deliver measurable social value for our clients and our communities.”

Kate Childs, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Walking With The Wounded, says: “We are so pleased to be able to welcome Morgan Sindall Infrastructure to our family. Walking With The Wounded delivers incredible support to our veterans, helping those who have fallen furthest to get back on track and move forward once more. We can’t do that without support and we look forward to building our relationship with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure through the coming months and collaborating in order to deliver the best outcomes for those we help.”
