About The Role:
Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Contract Coordinator to assist with the production of pre-qualification questionnaires, tender submissions and bid presentations
What you'll be doing:
- Format and proof reading of incoming text
- Data input & maintain the CRM system
- Support the ongoing development of a knowledge library
- Update and review project case studies
- Update and review CVs
- Gather technical data from internal departments and operational teams such as IT, HR, Business Development and Marketing, and Finance
- Liaise with the bid team, identify, seek and gather operational and external information ensuring consistency of style and in line with bid specification requirements.
- Reviewing client portals
- Collating and communicating clients’ communications to the wider bid team
Administration duties will include:
- meeting bookings
- organising bid workshops
- document preparation
- team events
- team communications
- working within a common data environment such as Viewpoint 4Projects

About our Energy business
We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators.
Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair and refurbishment services.
