Site Office Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our busy Site Office. This critical role requires a proactive and highly organised individual with strong communication and management skills to support our growing team in delivering innovative and responsible infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise administrative staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate and organise company events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of staff.
  • Manage contractor site offices and liaise with external service providers to meet operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with document handling processes and control systems.
  • Monitor and control office budgets.

 

Requirements

  • Must be a UK Sole National and capable of obtaining full SC clearance.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous experience at HMNB Clyde or similar secure establishments preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of health and safety aspects related to managing office environments.
  • Strong document handling and document control system experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
