You'll be keen to return to work for a leading UK infrastructure company which recognises that talented people from all backgrounds are the key to our success.
How will you benefit?
If successful, you will join our Re-connect programme for six months. You will work in a business area that compliments your previous competencies and experience. We will mentor, coach and re-energise your existing skills. You will receive training to help you rebuild your confidence and update your technical capability, and you will gain relevant work experience by completing projects and tasks to be up to date with the industry so you can return to work, aiming to secure a permanent position with us at the end of your six-month paid programme.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for ambitious people who are curious about our industry and share our passion for connecting with people, places, and communities.
We have opportunities if you have an interest in returning to a career in the following infrastructure disciplines, not limited to:
Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, General Operatives, Design Managers, Design Engineers, Planners and Estimators.
Are you eligible?
We’re looking for people who have:
- Taken a career break for 18 months or more
- Worked in our industry previously or have relevant transferable skills
- The legal right to live and work in the UK.
