Job Title: Apprentice Training Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Training Coordinator in the nuclear industry. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills and knowledge required to become a fully qualified Training Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
· Booking SL Training Course
· Assisting in Training Scheduling
· Booking of External Third-Party Training Courses
· Raising of PO for training courses
· Processing of Training & Competency documentation within the ISA People System and MS ERiC system
· Running training and competency reports
· Responding to Training & Competency RFI
· Maintaining ISA Training Mailbox.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in training and development, with a desire to develop a career in the nuclear industry.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
- A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
