Programme and Project Partners (PPP) is a 20-year partnership created to drive collaboration and change the way major projects are delivered at Sellafield.

A new model of project delivery, PPP is part of Project 13, an industry-led response to infrastructure delivery models. The model is not only developing, but as a partnership we are delivering some of the biggest infrastructure projects in Europe, on a highly regulated and secure site.

With a pipeline of more than 20 projects to be delivered, PPP is helping deliver the Sellafield mission of making the site safer, sooner.

Established by Sellafield Ltd in 2019, PPP operates through contracts with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR), Jacobs, and Altrad Babcock Ltd. Morgan Sindall Infrastructure's role is to deliver the civils construction management elements of the programme.
